Avantages
Rasa ticks many of the boxes software engineers dream of: fantastic pay, supportive colleagues, and product-led projects that keep you on your toes. But, as with any dream, there are a few hidden wrinkles you should know about before signing on the dotted line. Some pros for me, Compensation that lives up to the hype: Let's just say you won't be complaining about bills here. The salary and benefits package are truly top-notch, making it easy to focus on your work and not your finances. Team and Workflow: We follow an agile workflow with 2 week sprints. I've been here for about a year and haven't seen any instances of micromanagement. You'll be surrounded by intelligent, helpful colleagues who go the extra mile to support each other. Range: Rasa is a self-serve product that needs to be compatible with a number of cloud providers, databases, message queues/streams and other parts of an enterprise software ecosystem. Think of yourself as a puzzle solver, fitting Rasa seamlessly into diverse software landscapes. The challenge is there, but the learning is immense!
Inconvénients
If you're accustomed to the fast-paced, high-volume world of SaaS, transitioning to a self-serve product might require an adjustment. While you'll not be handling scale yourself, the features you build needs to withstand scale in ecosystems they'll be deployed in. Be prepared for a different approach to product development and deployment.
