      Avantages

      Innovative supplier of nurse call and patient entertainment systems. Good localisation of US and German technology. Competent engineers, site staff and technicans

      Inconvénients

      Overall the company direction not clear as things are said but often not completed or done a expected. Micromanagement is practiced at the top and sometimes by other staff. I understand that staff churn was over 30% each year in my time

      Avantages

      Excellent company to work for, Great people who support you all the way. Manager is Amazing, always goes to bat for the Team and is very honest. Never hold back, they tell you what you lack and to be able to fix it. asking unlimited questions and always has door open.

      Inconvénients

      the only thing I can say is that there aren't any bonuses
