Similar to a start up culture, processes are still being developed and communication is sometimes lacking. I think of this as a pro in some regards, since you can leave your mark if you take initiative to make improvements.

Lack of dedication and commitment at every single level. Not to mention the lack of understanding the technical knowledge and skill set which is required to successfully launch these complex products.

Lack of processes, lack of training, lack of manpower, lack of technical understanding.
