      Great benefits, hybrid schedule. The other employees are fantastic.

      Inconvénients

      Middle Management is clueless. Its alot of the same people getting shuffled around. Operations has no clue how to operate and create a good business.

      Leader in plastics distribution industry.

      Inconvénients

      Very inflexible, benefits lag bigger industrial peer companies. Lacks strategic vision in leadership. Very old school corporate vibe and lacks desire to modernize.
