      Avantages

      Don’t be fooled my the smoke and mirrors-Monthly luncheons and weekly acknowledgments aka “core values” (which don’t truly exist or pertain to the higher ups)

      Inconvénients

      High turnover. Insufficient management. Poor morale. In-crowd only. Extremely stressful environment. Ridiculous workload-no direction yet micromanaged. Terrible benefits

      I can’t think of anything

      Inconvénients

      Their approacn is antiquated. It’s amateur hour and they’re over their hrad. They claim to be. GC but all they do sandblast and paint water stations. Boring stuff. When I say turnover I’m not joking. Everybody is on pins amd needles becaase wednesday is termination day. A very toxic place.
