Most Readify people are high grade, often from overseas Culture within the company is generally good, with social events for employees, etc.

Inconvénients

Below average salary Low grade projects if you are a dev Readify is a body shop / consultancy. Instead of working at the Readify office, you are sent to a client site to work on the client's IT projects. I joined Readify as a senior developer about 2 years ago. Their salary wasn't the best, but their web site and the people I dealt with during the interview process led me to believe that I would be working on a variety of cutting edge projects. I was looking forward to fun times and maybe some good stuff on my resume. They also promised a career path to senior consultant. However, the projects I have worked at so far have been technically low grade to say the least and where otherwise also not nice places to work because of bad/abusive management. Listening to other Readify guys, this experience isn't unique. Some are stuck for over a year in really crappy gigs. I inquired about becoming a senior consultant, but exactly how to do this turned out to be pretty hazy. You seem to have to try to impress the right people in senior management who may then get you a gig where you might be able to show how you can be a good consultant. Once you've done that, you may get the promotion if there is budget for your salary increase.

Developing high performing consultants cannot be achieved overnight as it is combination of technical ability, negotiating skills, presentation skills, high level documentation skills and a strong understanding of business drivers.
