This company is hands-down the worst place I have ever been employed. I saw several negative reviews on this site and chose to ignore them, thinking "oh, that won't happen to me". But PLEASE take my word for it and do not work here. My anxiety has increased ten-fold and I was extremely unhappy until the day I finally decided to quit. The management and CFO micro-manage every single thing you do that it is not worth the stress to be paid so poorly. They constantly are calling people into their office to complain about things that are often a result of their lack of training. Most of the managers don't even have management degrees (or any degree, for that matter), and believe me, it shows. No matter the experience you have, they will only offer raises and higher hourly rates to those they know or male employees. Good luck if you're a female MA because you will stay at the same horrible rate you are given at the beginning. Do yourself a favor and skip to the next medical office to apply to. You will regret working here.
