      Inconvénients

      Unstructured/ not uniform leadership. Lack of trust in, and lack of communication from, leadership. Poor pay.

      Avantages

      Interesting job; enjoyed dealing with the clients and provider's offices. Always something new to learn.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of overtime-at times they didn't seem to have enough employees to handle the workload.
