      Well-structured work with clear planning and expectations. Excellent work-life balance with no unnecessary weekend work. Supportive and considerate management that genuinely values employees.

      Inconvénients

      No major concerns so far. It's still early for me, so I need more time with the organization before identifying any meaningful drawbacks.

      The company is in a space has a lot of potential.

      No leadership, No attention to detail. Doesn't understand TAM. Run far away from this as possible.
