      You were not fully overloaded with work.

      Inconvénients

      Don't ever try to report to HR any injustices. I did as naive and I was immediately put in a process. They will use really illegal tactics. My salary was around 25 per cent below the market and company did NOT pay my company pension for around 6 months.
