      Avantages

      The job pays well for the type of work and if you don't have any college. there is a great deal of idle time.

      Inconvénients

      Rent 1st will rip you off when it comes to time reporting. They will work you as many hours as they can and only pay you $6.79 per hour for any time worked over 40 hours per week. They will make you sign an agreement regarding your pay. repo's suck

      Avantages

      Ok pay for the area but no benefits Rapid advancement Owner is generous and fair, genuinely a likeable guy

      Inconvénients

      Minimum of 60hr weeks with a 6 day work week. Days off are dangled over your head for hitting certain marks but rarely given and you're treated like a criminal for calling out. Expect to work from 8am to 7 or 8pm most days and be told work life balance doesn't exist and that it's about making sacrifices.
