Avantages
Mark Speece was a good man and founder of company. I believe if he remained running organization it would still be a great place to work.
Inconvénients
Executive Team is blind - or indifferent - about what happens within the company. Too many insulated Directors/AVPs conducting business their own way, resulting in poor morale, disharmony, and distrust.
