Avantages
Always something new every day, never a dull moment. Small stores, opportunities to develop strong relationships with customers. Virtually no scripts to follow, no "dumbing-down"...employees are encouraged and empowered to answer challenges and solve problems.........
Inconvénients
Very inconsistent messages from management about what's important from day to day. Credit accomplishment receive almost no attention compared to sales accomplishments. Employees are always letting some thing go to get other things done, even though EVERYTHING has to get done. Usual office politics and backstabbing, plenty of people who try to hurt other people for no apparent reason or benefit...........
