      Avantages

      Was for real cool in the beginning. They changed their face after a while. Found out I was supposed to get my share of sales and got nothing. They greedy and screw over good folks.

      Lots of overtime if you're willing to do hard work Management is pleasant to deal with

      Avantages

      Most of the co-workers are very nice, @the time the discount was pretty good. I liked the family dynamic they have.

      Inconvénients

      Very long hours, with very low pay for the work required. Should be in decent shape. I believe I was shorted wages so definitely keep track, definitely when working late driving to and from festivals. The owner Ryan is a nice guy but the moment u try to explain something is wrong or doesn't work he turns two-faced. I honestly think they don't care to much about the safety and well-being of some of their employees.
