      Undervalued ESOP liquidity: Employees may have sold too cheap. Information asymmetry: Did management disclose the true valuation context? Selective value transfer: If insiders or secondaries happened at higher prices while employees got lower buyback prices, employees may ask who benefited.

      Inconvénients

      For many employees, ESOPs represent a meaningful component of long-term compensation, so trust in how the program is administered matters a lot.

      Avantages

      This was my third job out of college and I still learnt a lot more than I expected to. The managers are very good striking a balance between the company goals and your personal goals

      Inconvénients

      - Sometimes the hours are long - Some companies pay better for the same amount of work

      Feels like you are in college. Very casual atmosphere.

      Inconvénients

      Lot of politics. No appreciation for your work. They will throw you out Randomly.
