Avantages
This organization does amazing things for individuals needing service dogs. The operations staff works great together and gives their heart to the mission. The pay is above average.
Inconvénients
There is very poor leadership. They fail to have good communication, guidance, or general care for employees and their time. Leadership is rarely in office, but expect operation employees to be there every minute of 8-5.
