      Lot of very smart engineers, leading edge silicon based high speed communication designs. Just moved into wonderful new Austin office

      - Working in a distributed team across Israel and the U.S. introduces challenges around alignment and communication cadence due to cultural differences. - Fewer senior engineers on the Austin site for spontaneous learning - There can be periods of heavy workload that can spill into weekends leading to less predictable work schedules.
