      Avantages

      great learning place quality of work pure equity research profile ( very hard to find same profile in any other company) freedom and easy work life dedicated sector

      Inconvénients

      pay much much much less than any other company in same field (40-50% lower) got to cover huge list of companies, which greatly affects quality of modeling work most companies are from countries like Japan and Taiwan even hikes r insufficient employer dont care about you.. only for freshers and those who can work on just to survive salary is not for experienced person and you cant think of staying for long haul

      Avantages

      I cannot say anything good about Reval, but career wise it would be a fair start to a fresher, as one learns how to survive in the corporate.

      Inconvénients

      There is a lot of politics and the management never addresses an employees issues. More importantly whether one works for 9 hours or 24 hours, efforts are never noticed. There is no proper work management. Training provided is hardly of any use as one needs to re-learn everything from someone else except the trainer. There are no proper HR policies, and HR keeps changing the norms as per their convenience. Employee Retention is ZERO.

      Good Collegues and working environment

      Inconvénients

      Poor appraisal system, after the quarter end, the co change the criteria of appraisal and manipulate the rating very less paid leaves
