Because of the company's relatively young stage, our growth and success as we scale. There is constant positive effort being made across the company to improve, streamline and standardize our product delivery which will position the company for scalable growth through 2022 and beyond. The company is small enough to feel like a startup, but big enough to have established foundational structures in HR, finance, brand/product marketing, etc.
Inconvénients
The company is at a critical and exciting stage of building for growth where there are have been more business project opportunities than there are resources to support them. This is not necessarily a negative, but difficult strategic decisions are occasionally made to ensure every endeavor maintains a high standard of performance. There is no 401K match at this time.
