      Avantages

      Well located in the centre of montreal, free parking, clean kitchen with a dishwasher, friendly coworkers, modern environment, and to be honest there's nothing much than that

      Inconvénients

      Very small family business with only few clients. Owner wants to put his nose in everything and has a very bad temper. Hypocrisy to its best. High employee turnover. I do not recommend this place. You will lose all confidence in yourself.

      Avantages

      A l'Agence Rinaldi, on se sent comme en famille. L'agence offre d'excellents avantages aux employés, par exemple : assurances, environnement acceptant les animaux, délicieux expresso et capuccino, bagel day, anniversaires, activités de team building toute l'année et offre une excellente option de vacances. La liste se rallonge de plus en plus. Une politique de la porte ouverte où les discussions se font sans ressentir de pression. Juste une agence amusante avec des gens dynamiques.

      Inconvénients

      Bien que l'avancement professionnel soit plus difficile en raison de la taille de l'agence, les connaissances et l'expérience acquises par un employé sont beaucoup plus importantes.

      Avantages

      Excellent Team Spirit and Diversity. Great benefits for all employees. Weekly meetings with staff to provide updates with ongoing projects. Management always supportive in regards to work and personal life.

      Inconvénients

      A small structure good for those who want to learn every different aspect of an agency but difficult for those who want to advance in their career.
