      Avantages

      A sense of fulfillment working with children. Always a new adventure and you are privileged to be a large part of the children's daily activities and development.

      Inconvénients

      Alot of good ol boy system happening. Not a lot of room for advancement in pay or position. Supervision isn't properly qualified to supervise, there is also alot of bullying and threatening from people in leadership roles, that goes unchecked.

      Leadership sometimes allows difficult parents to run the show. SE needs more support Needs more guidance on bad behaviors
