      Lots of opportunity for growth, working for an organization that is dedicated to improving the lives of others, always evolving, great leadership.

      Inconvénients

      Salaries are controlled by government funding and wage caps due to the non-profit status

      Avantages

      Rise takes great care of its employees and always listens to any feedback employees give. It is very fulfilling work with fantastic benefits.

      Inconvénients

      There are not many cons to working for Rise.
