The work environment is both toxic and disorganized, often expecting employees to take on tasks outside their roles. Management is awkward and off-putting, relying heavily on blind loyalty. If you don’t have strong boundaries, you’ll struggle here because ‘no’ is not a word they like to hear. They are extremely pushy. Would not recommend unless you thrive in high-stress environments.
