      - Smart employees - Opportunities to learn and grow - Growing company culture (at least in Albuquerque) - Company has needed tools to be successful

      Inconvénients

      - High turnover, especially at the Executive level - Communication issues between Executive level/Board and rest of company - Over promises of what the platform can do / upcoming features that puts stress on Product team to deliver - Employee benefits need to be better
