      Avantages

      Good amount of freedom to sell as you need to, in your area. Company has tremendous insulation from economic instability. I have not met a single person in the company that I don't enjoy working with. RB provides you with top quality sales tools to get the job done professionally, quickly and completely.

      Inconvénients

      Has some of the common bureaucratic inefficiencies that any corporation will experience, but overall most day-to-day decisions are made at the employee/supervisor level.

      Support is abundant throughout the company, making my role easier to take on any daily tasks.

      Sometimes the larger size of the company can slow down a simple task.

      Avantages

      The work was interesting; travel opportunities. Decent office downtown. Occasional catered lunches.

      Inconvénients

      Massively toxic work environment. Worst coworkers in the world. Literal fraud, SH & SA coverups, and illegal activities, but if you hit their quotas and have no integrity, apply - you’re gold for them.
