Avantages
Never seen a company that cares more for its employees by creating a respectful and congenial workplace, offers regular training through the Rittal University and has so many barbecues, team-building activities and fun. When the CEO dons his raincoat to barbecue for employees in the rain, you know this is a special place.
Inconvénients
Yes the hours are long but they fly by when spent being productive and fulfilled! And they offer flexible working schedules!
