Avantages
The current management to too bad they never understand what employees say. They want to complete 2 months work in 2 days. No respect for employees. There are spy's in company, there work is to tell what people are talking abt the management. The CEO say 2 freshers is equal to a 4 years experience guy. This is the concept of the management
