-Typical SaaS challenges: company can’t keep up with a market demanding to use products autonomously -Continuous firing rounds -Difficult to achieve work/life balance in parts of the roll out cycle -Career opportunities were great in 2012 but non existing nowadays -The highly classified long term company strategy, if there is one -Management playing divide and conquer games, like amateurs
