Avantages
The Panera bread and cafeteria were nice, the deputies were also very helpful and kind.
Inconvénients
Management were terrible. They never checked on staff ever, they denied promotions to deserving employees for personal reasons, they are the most cold hearted people I have ever come in contact with. They were impossible to please and dangerously unprofessional. For it being Riverside County and the Hospital you would think more protections would be in place for employees. I truly don’t have the words to describe how horrible this job is. You are basically a doorman and have to deny families access to their loved ones all day, it can be very sad. It’s also stressful having to wheel patients to the ER or throughout the hospital as a non medical staff member, that should be the job of a qualified nurse, not a random person with no medical or first aid experience. Again, I don’t have the words to describe how bad this job is…just don’t do it. Until they get new management I guess.
