      Good coworkers, and good with time off requests.

      Inconvénients

      HR and compensation are on another planet. You can not speak directly with compensation like you can with Strong. And HR wants you to speak to your manager, not them. Expensive insurance premiums, and often high copays.

      Big system with opportunity to move around and learn

      Inconvénients

      A big system can mean you get lost and when they take too long to fill positions you end up absorbing extra work for a long time.
