      Avantages

      When the mood strikes him the owner can be pretty generous.

      Inconvénients

      At this company, the agents are rude and the owner is never wrong! High turnover amongst corporate employee, because you never know from day to day if you are going to be fired. There was not a proper HR person there, and if you get on anyone's bad side, which is really easy to do, you will be fired.
