      Avantages

      Fluid projects ranging in both time and budget constraints. All employees work as a team and value input of all project members. Often felt heard when wanting to adjust my personal course within the company. Tools are available to project managers to grow and cultivate better engineers.

      Inconvénients

      Technology options can be limited (customer or vendor often chooses the platform). Limited product development, which is a factor of being a services company so I can't fault them for it.

      Avantages

      Good compensation at least for the Cleveland area. Great people and interesting work. The one thing Rovisys had in spades was a good friendly culture. You get to learn a lot of you are willing, and the technical experience I gained here has helped me immensely.

      Inconvénients

      Work ethic wasn't always there depending on who you were staffed with on projects. I was fortunate to have good managers, but not everyone I started with was as fortunate. There was also a lot of travel at least for the controls engineers.
