      Lots of business, Good people in local office, Lots of opportunity for growth

      Inconvénients

      Headquarters is in Ohio where all major decision are made, seems to be a culture difference. Project work can get repetitive, new hires do not stay long enough to become management, experience gap is evident.

      Avantages

      Good compensation at least for the Cleveland area. Great people and interesting work. The one thing Rovisys had in spades was a good friendly culture. You get to learn a lot of you are willing, and the technical experience I gained here has helped me immensely.

      Inconvénients

      Work ethic wasn't always there depending on who you were staffed with on projects. I was fortunate to have good managers, but not everyone I started with was as fortunate. There was also a lot of travel at least for the controls engineers.
