Avantages
Since joined, experiences the change in the management culture and change of person in charge. Previous local management was very messy and not structural in the way of managing people, business and strategy. With the change, new leadership has make the entire team very corporative, clear direction and more fun. Management are reasonable and logical with direction and target.
Inconvénients
Local compensation package is not up to the regular market standard. HR process very manual.
