Outdated practices taking advantage of being only option in city - Avis employé Actuary Rudd and Wisdom

Great company to work for. Offered a lot of opportunities. Coworkers were great and helpful.

I don't have any cons to share.

There are a lot of great people who work there than make the experience enjoyable despite the large negative attributes of the company. The location is good. The offices are nice, and almost every employee gets one regardless of level.

There is a very poor organizational structure and lack of proper management. The company is not open to change, despite the desperate need for it. The lack of information sharing and training flattens the initial learning curve and makes a lot of the work for new employees slow and redundant. The inefficiencies are very frustrating even on a day to day basis and the lack of effort to solve them compounds the frustration.
