Avantages
I joined the company in August 2013 and it has been around 9 years and I did not face any issues here in terms of technical growth, salary growth, leaves, etc. The company has awesome work culture and environment for software developers. There are many reasons behind it: 1. Salary on time: There is no delay in salary. You will get your salary exact on the 7th of the month or before it (if the 7th is a public holiday). 2. Top Management: Management is doing a great job. Because the CEO of the company is a technical person and former Dot Net developer, so it is very easy to discuss technical things with him. In some companies, CEOs are non-technical people and they don't understand the developer's perspective. 3. Growth: In terms of technical growth, the company works with different kinds of technologies and you will get a lot to learn these technologies. In terms of appraisals, If you are a skilled person or a quick learner, then you don't need to worry about appraisals. You might need not to wait 1 year for appraisal. 4. Flexible Timing: Company has flexible timings of 1 hour. In case of any urgency or upon your choice, you can come 1 hour late and fill that time in the evening. 5. Supportive Staff: The staff of the company is very supportive, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. Usually, we see politics in companies, but here the environment is different. You will not get these types of things here. 6. Work: There is no work pressure here. Just finish your assignment tasks and leave the office on time. Even the company CEO encourages employees to leave the office on time. 7. Health Insurance Plan: Health is very important for anybody. Every employee gets a free health plan from the company that is renewed every year.
Inconvénients
There is no cons in my mind, but company might need to hire network administrators to run lab / servers smoothly.
