      Avantages

      It allows you to focus on multiple things at once and it is very relaxing. You learn social skills and how to speak with people on the phone. Clear measure of success.

      Inconvénients

      It's repetitive and monotonous Sometimes people don't answer for hours and it bores me.

      Good pay, flexible work schedule, and can do school work

      Pay increases aren't much, about $0.50/hour increase per year....

      Avantages

      I had an INCREDIBLE boss who was understanding and supportive, as well as other coworkers. It was a great college job!

      Inconvénients

      Pay could be better, but for a college job, it's not horrible.
