1. Only Rupa is one of the big players who lets you in without any experience
2. Decent salary for beginners
Inconvénients
1. Abusive
2. No period leaves for women (women are the majority of the workforce)
3. Only relies on propaganda books for profit.
4. Tries to corner and mentally bully freshers.
7. Authors are paid peanuts.
8. Bad manuscripts are given to the editorial table and freshers are gaslighted to believe it is their fault when it is time for increment or before making them permanent.
