      Avantages

      I think this is a good job to know if you like insurance. Really good introduction to it, and if you are successful can make a lot of money. People are all very nice, from CEO down. Smaller company get to talk to and know CEO. Over all a really good company, and people care about your success.

      Inconvénients

      A couple downsides. One you get no gas reimbursement, and have to pay own rent and E and O. Underwriting is tough, they deny a lot of good opportunities in my opinion.

      Avantages

      Flexible work schedule and locations, excellent benefits, potential for yearly bonus

      Inconvénients

      Claims program utilized is proprietary and a bit cumbersome. Improvements are in the works, and what I witnessed before leaving indicates more improvements are to come.

      Avantages

      The people are nice and don't go out of their way to be mean to you.

      Inconvénients

      There's a nightly batch job written horribly in some old language with no control structures that fails a lot. You have to be on call to support it and it fails overnight at least once a week. They don't care about fixing it.
