      Avantages

      i enjoyed making my own curriculum and actually teaching, overall i am glad i did it for the experience and my resume.

      Inconvénients

      Really long spring semester and they really are very hands on in fall and summer. there are definitely things that could be trimmed to make it less time consuming. everyone i worked with thought it was going to take less time than it did. (bigger commitment than i thought - but not overall upset i did it)
