      flexible hours, good location, good managers, easy work, paycheck system was reliable and easy to use, easy to communicate with higher-ups.

      Inconvénients

      low pay, the instructions and methodology for tutoring aren't always effective, sometimes difficult to communicate with students who come in for tutoring
