      Avantages

      You could work there by sitting in the dark basement all day, if you are into that.

      Inconvénients

      You would get demerit for very little things. You will get explained every little thing you have to do, like you are some child. No freedom of thoughts. Continual training, how many times we have to go through stupid trainings!
