      Avantages

      Rutherford County Schools has a plethora of schools to work at. There are a wide variety of elementary, middle, high schools and even alternative schools to work in. Fellow teachers are great to work with in most buildings.

      Inconvénients

      Administration at a number of the schools operate on the "Good Ol' Boy System." The schools are seemingly unable to keep up with the influx of new students moving into the area. While the director of schools seems to have ambitious goals for the district, putting the ideas into action has proven to be a difficult task for RCS.

      It was very easy to pick up classes.

      Inconvénients

      The only con was that you had to move classrooms during a planning hour.

      Avantages

      School environment, administrative support, school community, love our director of schools.

      Inconvénients

      Testing pressure. Annual pay steps are not keeping up with the cost of living AND our insurance continues to increase at a rate higher than our steps.
