Avantages
You get weekends and holidays off
Inconvénients
-They want you to work full time hours, but won't give you fulltime status.
-No health benefits. They give you access to a marketplace which is VERY expensive.
-They intentionally schedule you on days you are unavailable to try to weed out anyone without full availability.
-They will intentionally give you less hours if they are trying to get rid of you for any reason.
-HR will never get back to you. All of the employees dread having to reach out because it is a dead end.
-They are inconsistent when it comes to standards. Some teams are held to an incredibly high standard, while other teams get away with subpar work and poor attendance/punctuality.
-Constantly having to reach out over and over about the same issues with only promises of help.
-They marked me as terminated for "violating company policy", despite never doing so. I have a 2 weeks notice and fulfilled it, so I left on my own terms. I have reached out regarding this and have not heard back from any of my managers or HR. This is illegal and I have not been able to get ahold of anyone. They are doing sneaky things behind the scenes to benefit themselves.
