      good for your career in the finance industry

      Inconvénients

      in the offer letter said to work only certain times(office hours) but suddenly has to do OT's and come on the weekend and even worse doesn't want to pay extra. there are always changes in the CRM system which always affects our performances. No firm structures in the system.
