      Inconvénients

      - due to yet small size of the company, more administrative duties than in bigger companies - but not critically much / auf Grund der aktuellen Größe liegen noch mehr administrative Aufgaben bei den Mitarbeitenden als bei größeren Firmen - aber es hält sich in Grenzen

      Avantages

      The job itself in was fairly easy and it was a great work life balance. People are great. Left unsupervised a lot.

      Inconvénients

      No structure. No accountability. Constant hail Mary’s that never get fixed. Management constantly undermines best players and never holds people accountable for behavior. No clear answers for valid questions.
