Low Salaries. Prommisses are not kept , same for raise promisses. No real hierarch. Managers are result of nepotism and/or result of managing to remain in the company for more than a year without having been fired or resign. Organisation is a totaly unknown word , Only very young emploees without ANY seniors to advise them , The result is that these youngsters become "managers" IF they stay more than a year in the company , without knowing what a manager is and how to act. Any senior that makes the mistake to accept any possition in the company , despite any good work , he is fired because comany and owner is used to only work with very young people only and do not want any professional oppinion from others. But young people as well get fired or resign in just a few months ... A total mess of a company , a real joke. Not worth working there , even for very short time or even in need if you are unemployed. A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY
