Avantages

Local/community focus Co-workers are great Okay benefits (401k match, lower deductible health plan)

Inconvénients

-Very low pay compared to other FI's in the area -Leadership (direct mgmnt and Directors/CEO) make decisions without even considering effect on those doing the job. -Growth is great for some and horrible for others. Some teams are a club that you have to be a part of to join. -Does not practice what they preach whenit comes to their core values.

Great people, great quality, career development, and good benefits

Inconvénients

No high deductible health insurance plan offered (i.e. no HSA) and the FSA provider is pretty annoying to work with
