Everyone on the team in the Dallas office is very supportive and knowledgeable. They're all professionals with different backgrounds that work to leverage their strengths to support one another. Working with them is easy because there are no dumb questions - only questions not asked. Management is exceptional. I personally never had a manager that cared about my personal success or was interested in helping me reach my goals, but Harry does. I also really like that I get to work with many different technologies. It never gets boring.
Inconvénients
The pay is lower than other companies based on the average salary for a Firmware Engineer, but I'm grateful to be gaining valuable experience I wouldn't be able to get elsewhere, and I personally find it to be satisfactory.
