      Great pathway to become independent advisor. They have organized management/leadership that communicates effectively. They also consider all opinions and thoughts into their decesion making.

      Inconvénients

      Headquarters in Nashville, TN -- sometimes there is a delay of inforamtion from HQ to satelitte offices.
